Calvin Theological Seminary Housing

Calvin Theological Seminary (CTS) introduces a new seminary housing center that provides students with safe, affordable housing directly adjacent to the seminary. The 4½-story, 69,000-square-foot building’s 46 units, convenient parking, numerous amenities, and proximity to campus create a welcoming community for students and their families. The CTS and Integrated Architecture design encourages interaction and facilitates community through shared indoor and outdoor spaces. The resident center has multiple layouts, including 8 one-bedroom, 19 two-bedroom, and 19 three-bedroom units. Indoor and outdoor spaces include a children’s playground, a covered picnic area, green space for outdoor games, open-air seating areas, multifunction communal rooms for social activities and shared meals, and welcoming entry lobbies supporting impromptu conversation.

"As President of Calvin Theological Seminary, I helped lead our community in a remodel of our entire seminary building as well as new construction for a 46-unit student housing building. In both cases, Integrated Architecture listened well, gave sound counsel, added value, and at the end, managed both projects with skill, tact, and a heart for seeing our community blessed beyond measure. In other words, they did great, and I would use them again in any project that we may have in the future. We found trustworthy collaborators and supporters and highly recommend them."
