The Manistee Gateway Project

The Manistee Gateway Project is a mixed-use development that reimagines the entrance to historic downtown Manistee as a dynamic and vibrant hub for residents and visitors alike. Positioned along US-31 in northern Michigan, the development will include a boutique condo hotel, residential units and townhouses, office space, and commercial space. The transformative project seamlessly blends housing solutions with amenities supporting the growth of local business and tourism in Manistee.

Phase I: Mixed-Use Building

Across River Street from the hotel, a mixed-use building will include office and commercial space, 47 studio and 1-bedroom units, and 2-bedroom townhouses. A multi-level public parking structure will accommodate residents and visitors.

Phase 2: Boutique Condo Hotel

Anchoring the development along the riverfront, the boutique condo hotel will offer 90+ rooms and for-sale condos. Designed to enhance the local experience, features will include a full-service restaurant, rooftop bar, indoor pool, fitness area, banquet facility, and tribal heritage museum. The heritage museum will share the history of the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians and the Victorian port city of Manistee.
