Freyling Mendels

A strip mall built on the site of a former McDonald’s restaurant was razed and rebuilt with multi-family residences, retail, and office space. This project consisted of the demolition of an existing commercial building, then construction of a mixed-use building on Wealthy and residential buildings along Calkins Avenue and Freyling Place SE to the North. The Freyling Mendels development features a new three-story building on Wealthy with 9,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, 9,000 square feet of office space on the second floor, and residences on the third floor. The apartments are a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, studio, and micro units.
