University Club 120 Ottawa
The renovations of 120 Ottawa brings new life to the nearly 110-year-old building in downtown Grand Rapids. The 5-story, 41,000-square-foot space will soon serve as home to the University Club, longtime supporters of the community in Grand Rapids. The renovations enhance the changes made to the structure by previous tenants while still honoring the history within its walls. Changes include improvements to the conference rooms, ballrooms, and social spaces like bars.
