Cedar Springs Brewing Company pays homage to the owner’s German spirit and roots with its Grand Beer Hall. The 5,700 square foot Brew Haus and Biergarten features a 150 capacity dining hall and 70-80 seat Biergarten with a 15-barrel brewing system. The building also features a commercial-grade kitchen to meet the needs of the owner’s German-inspired menu items. Designs included steel, brick, and glass materials to the showcase the aesthetics of the owner’s vision but still complimenting the surrounding buildings
