The Milton

The Milton is a 20-story Nationally Registered Historic Building. It features 85 apartments and 32,000 square feet of retail and office space. Floors 3 through 19 feature a mix of 85 apartments, and, notably, 38 apartments below 500 square feet. 29 of these units are 300 square feet and are intended to facilitate modern city living and affordability to market.

Built in 1930, the historic Old Merchants National Bank has been through many owners since its original design. After several renovation attempts, the building sat vacant and vandalized for several years with leaking roofs and broken glass block skylights over the main banking room before MDH Development LLC took control. The renovation of this historic building restores an iconic landmark to its full, breathtaking grandeur. The building, reimagined in use, is now home to apartments, commercial offices, and retail space.
