Acrisure Corporate Office
Acrisure, an insurance company experiencing exponential growth, had outgrown their current location. Attracting and retaining talent to the region was a key business strategy and locating in a thriving urban environment where amenities like restaurants, retail, and entertainment options are all within walking distance was ideal. The firm found the optimal office location in the Studio Park development. From suburban to urban, Integrated Architecture was challenged with reimaging the master plan set on many acres to stacked program in an urban space. The re-designed headquarters resulted in a re-organized “vertical plan” spanning seven-stories. Featuring a central first-floor work café that connects with the urban street vibe and neighborhood work cafes on each floor, that serve as a connectivity landmark within the flexible open office. Onsite parking is provided for employees in a multi-level structure that connects directly to the office floors.
