Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd., has 1,000 employees staff the LEED NC Gold west-coast call center. Working within the design / build format, IA architects created an office filled with fresh air and natural light, supporting RCCL’s commitment to the health and well-being of their employees and the environment. Designed prior to the economic downturn, the flexible facility was created to accommodate anticipated growth that would triple the size of the workforce.
