Temple Lofts
The Bethlehem Temple in Lansing, Michigan, also known as The Temple Building, was completely renovated to create 31 residential units and 4,000 square feet of commercial and office space on the first floor. The Temple redevelopment project restored an iconic Lansing building and brought much-needed housing to Old Town, adding vibrancy and driving further economic growth to the area. The building features four (4) studio apartments, twenty-two (22) one-bedrooms and five (5) two-bedrooms. A new parking ramp creates fifty-one (51) on-site parking spaces for residents, office users, commercial space employees, and patrons. The revitalization of the Temple Building catalyzes additional investment, cleans up a vacant and blighted site, generates new tax revenue for the community, and creates highly desirable quality housing for a vibrant entertainment district with currently limited housing options.
