Haslett Village introduces a vibrant new neighborhood to Meridian Township—one designed to bring fresh energy, walkability, and community connection to the heart of Haslett. Anchored by thoughtfully planned amenities, the development establishes a new social hub where residents and visitors can gather, shop, and relax. The site features a new mixed-use corner building envisioned for retail or restaurant use, potentially including a drive-through to enhance accessibility and convenience. The existing center building will be repurposed to host additional retail, restaurant, and amenity spaces, supporting an active, pedestrian-friendly core. 

To the west, a four-story residential building with a welcoming lobby and on-site leasing office will mark a prominent entry point to the neighborhood. Within the site, a mix of three-story walk-up apartments and two-story townhomes—ranging from 12 to 24 units per building—will provide diverse housing options and foster a sense of community. Private drives will create an efficient internal road network while maintaining open access for pedestrians and cyclists. Walking paths and shared amenities will connect seamlessly to the surrounding neighborhood, ensuring Haslett Village serves not only its residents but the broader Meridian Township community.
