Nederveld Office

Integrated Architecture designed Nederveld’s new two-story headquarters to unify its business operations, supporting its growth while enhancing collaboration and efficiency. The building consolidates two locations into a single, purpose-built space that accommodates civil engineering, land surveying, environmental consulting, forensic engineering teams, and a state-of-the-art forensic laboratory.

The design arranges the office and lab spaces in two distinct wings, seamlessly connected by a two-story central hub. This connector features hospitality areas, recreational space, conference rooms, and storage on both floors with views overlooking an outdoor terrace.

The office features open and private workspaces, conference rooms, and breakout areas that encourage teamwork and innovation. Natural daylighting, flexible layouts, and modern workplace design elements create a comfortable and efficient environment for staff. A welcoming lobby and client meeting areas ensure smooth workflow and accessibility.

Designed for precision testing, accident reconstruction, and material analysis, the forensic laboratory includes controlled environments for specialized investigations, supporting workspaces, training areas, evidence storage, staging, and trailer storage, and a wash bay.

The architectural design reflects the firm’s technical expertise, with a modern aesthetic, durable materials, and energy-efficient systems. The result is a high-performance facility that supports current operational needs while allowing for future expansion and innovation.
