The Dean – Apartments at Eastlawn
The Dean – Apartments at Eastlawn is an affordable and workforce housing development coming to Midland. The 6.4-acre site, once home to an elementary school, is being repurposed to address the area’s housing needs and create new opportunities for residents.
The project is expected to be completed in 2027.
