Harrison Street Mixed-Use Development
The Uptown Reinvestment Corporation Foundation partnered with the YMCA of Greater Flint to construct a new mixed-use facility in downtown Flint designed to co-locate affordable housing, a community wellness center, and youth education and family programming. The building includes approximately 55,000 square feet for the new YMCA facility and 50 affordable and market-rate apartments. Together, the new facility increases the vitality and vibrancy of downtown Flint while addressing the housing and wellness needs of Flint and Genesee County residents of all ages.
