Christian Reformed Church in North America – Office Renovation

The CRCNA’s U.S. headquarters has relocated to a more efficient 25,000-square-foot space in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This move streamlines operations by consolidating staff, fostering greater integration, and enhancing collaboration. Integrated Architecture led the interior renovation project, which involved interior demolition to allow for the development of a new office layout, incorporating private offices, open workspaces for 85–90 employees, conference rooms, break areas, and dedicated storage. Key structural elements—including the elevator, two egress stairs, and restrooms—were preserved and seamlessly integrated into the updated design. The renovation supports CRCNA’s evolving operational needs while fostering a dynamic, collaborative work environment emphasizing functionality, efficiency, and flexibility.
