EyeCare Partners Dayton Renovation

The CVP Physicians Dayton project transformed an existing outpatient space into a specialized, high-volume eye care center. The first phase included programming and conceptual design to establish operational requirements, evaluate adjacencies, and develop an approved test-fit plan supporting lease finalization. Following approval, the project advanced through architectural and interior design, MEP engineering, construction documentation, and construction administration. The interior was organized to create an efficient patient journey from check-in through diagnostic screening, examination, and treatment areas. Specialized lighting controls, power distribution for ophthalmic equipment, and clinical sanitation infrastructure were integrated to support advanced eye care services, staff efficiency, and patient comfort.
