Ten Housing Projects to Watch in 2026
From affordable and sustainable housing to amenity-rich mixed-use developments and elevated senior living communities, we’re making meaningful progress on housing projects across Michigan.
While each housing project is unique in its mission and challenges, our experience and portfolio spanning more than 100 projects have shown us that thoughtful design, strong partnerships, and disciplined execution can shape stronger communities. We approach every project with the goal of delivering meaningful outcomes for both the people who live there and the clients who invest in them. Whether we’re addressing housing shortages, revitalizing neighborhoods, or delivering high-end urban residences, our work is rooted in the belief that great housing can transform lives.
Here are ten of our mixed-use and multi-family projects to watch this year.
