Ten Housing Projects to Watch in 2026
From affordable and sustainable housing to amenity-rich mixed-use developments and elevated senior living communities, we’re making meaningful progress on housing projects across Michigan. While each project comes with its own mission and challenges, our approach always has an unwavering goal: to create spaces that strengthen communities and serve the people who call them home. Whether we’re addressing housing shortages, revitalizing neighborhoods, or delivering high-end urban residences, our work is rooted in the belief that great housing can transform lives.
Here are ten of our mixed-use and multi-family projects to watch this year.
