CWD Real Estate Investment and Orion Construction invited the press to tour the construction progress at 111 Lyon, led by CWD Managing Principal Sam Cummings. The office-to-residential conversion is one of the first of its kind in Michigan.

111 Lyon is set to be a vibrant addition to the downtown community, offering a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments with amenities including an indoor pool, pickleball court, and fitness area. The project is pivotal in creating more housing in downtown Grand Rapids.
