Architecture Week 2025
April 13th Kicks Off Architecture Week, Spotlighting K-12 Design
The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Architecture Week celebrates the profession of architecture and invites everyone, especially K-12 students, to explore architecture and design.
In celebration of Architecture Week and the AIA’s focus on K-12 design, we’re highlighting a few of our award-winning school projects, including West Michigan Aviation Academy, Grand Rapids Catholic Central High School, East Grand Rapids High School Boat House, Forest Hills Fine Arts Center, Paine Aquatic Center, and The Potter’s House.
Our K-12 educational designs accommodate learning and exploration in every form, from classrooms to sports facilities to performing arts centers. These buildings support diverse functions to meet the individual and collective needs of students, educators, and staff.
The American Institute of Architects (AIA) is a professional organization for architects in the United States. The AIA offers education, government advocacy, community redevelopment, and public outreach programs and collaborates with other stakeholders in the design and construction industries.
