3-acre,
$15 million urban redevelopment effort in downtown
Oberlin, Ohio, creating a sustainably designed, mixed-use
building with 12,600 SF retail and 49 residential
units. Design developed for three recent Oberlin College
graduates who founded Sustainable Community Associates.
This is their first project and IA has provided site
plan design, architectural design and sustainable—high
performance building design.
