Executive Assistant
A former human resources manager, Jo’s experience and
people skills are evident in her ability to work with a
variety of staff and clients to bring order, balance and
results. The winner of a 2007 President’s Award, Jo
helps IA run smoothly in a variety of ways ranging from
hiring resource staff to planning kids’ games at the
company picnic.
Jo Ann Jullette, MSM
Controller / Office Manager
Jo Ann has for the past three years worked to give project
managers and clients the information needed to succeed.
With over 20 years architectural practice accounting experience,
and a Masters in Management from Cornerstone University,
Jo Ann enjoys the challenges that come with seeing and communicating
the big picture. Jo Ann received the 2007 President’s
Award for Commitment to Excellence and Innovation.
Randolph
Pease, RA, NCARB
Design Architect
A 1998 Honors Graduate of the University of Michigan Taubman
School of Architecture, and an award-winning architect prior
to joining IA, Randy’s spent the last several years
working on high visibility projects including dealerships
for Herman Miller, the Postma Conference Center at Pine
Rest and an E-Bay Call Center in Nebraska. Randy’s
abilities in design extend beyond concept sketches into
design documentation, ensuring the continuity of a client’s
vision from study to built form.

VanSweden
Animation Designer
When Matt came to IA four years ago he had a great desire
to learn. That ambition, along with his computer knowledge
has translated into his promotion from CAD technician to
animation designer and associate. Introducing “new
information and technology” Matt is continuously learning
as he works to keep IA staff and programs state-of-the-art.
Jeff
Werle, CPD, CIPE
Senior Mechanical Engineer
As the senior plumbing and piping engineer, Jeff’s
efforts can be found on the construction documents of nearly
every significant project that has been designed by IA since
2004. Well versed in sustainable design, Jeff takes pride
in creating cost-effective plumbing designs that conserve
water and energy.
