new staff members:
Jeff Werle, CIPE, Mechanical Engineer
Sara Molina, Interior Designer
Jeff
Werle, CIPE, Mechanical Engineer
Jeff comes to IA as a lead project engineer with 14 years
Mechanical Engineering experience specializing in HVAC /
Plumbing Systems. A graduate of Ferris State University’s
energy management program, Jeff has significant healthcare,
industrial and commercial experience.
Sara
Molina, Interior Designer
A recent graduate of the Interior Design program at Kendall
College of Art & Design—Ferris State University, Sara
was promoted from part-time student intern to full-time
interior designer. Her knowledge regarding psychology of
color, recycled, eco-friendly products and natural materials
results in environments that enhance well-being.

addition of these talented designers and engineers integrates
both experience and fresh outlook to our staff, adding depth
and excitement to the already strong IA team,” said Paul
Dickinson, IA founder and President.
