Schematic and programming study of existing 21,600 SF Marquette building for potential re-use as new Upper Peninsula Forensic Laboratory and 8th District State Police Post Headquarters. Critical areas of study include the building’s mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to insure compatibility with proposed re-use.
