Integrated Architecture is looking for a licensed architect with five or more years professional experience to join our team. This person must possess a professional degree in architecture from an accredited college or university. He or she must have also successfully completed the architectural registration examination and be licensed in at least one state.
This person will be requested to perform project work in all aspects of architecture. Including Project Management, design, and construction documentation on all size projects. He or she must be capable to complete this work without supervision.
This person’s primary function would be management oriented and must possess excellent project and people management skills.
This person must also project an image of leadership, professionalism and competence to clients and staff.
This position requires the individual to be a self-starter and to work independently. They must have developed people management skills in order to direct consultants and subordinate, to meet deadlines within budget and consistent with office standards.
This individual must also be able to motivate people to meet office standards and excel in their current goals.
Responsible for all aspects of project management within the office including but not limited to client relations, production efficiency, deadlines, office standards, etc.
Responsible for quality control for projects. Review drawings for consistency
and accuracy prior to sealing.
Responsible for orienting and training new and existing staff to office project management.
Keep Business Unit Leader informed on projects, problems and progress as it relates to their project.
Project time requirements for specific projects as they relate to project management for
Monitor budgeted fees against actual time being spent on all projects as they relate to projects.
Ensure that staff architects are performing their work proficiently, accurately and
consistent with office standards as it relates to the project.
Negotiate and monitor consultant fees and manage their work so it is completed on time,
within budget and consistent with office standards.
Participate in functions of the scheduling meeting.
Ensuring Standards Manual is maintained, organized and accessible.
